Tiana Insights

Just got back from a trip to Barcelona, Spain. Here are some insights and good reminders from the dear friends of Tiana.

1. When you’re climbing a mountain, take lots of small steps. There’s more possibility of losing your balance when you try to go the same distance in a few giant steps … like life. With small steps, you don’t lose momentum or balance and you can easily make sure you’re going in the right direction. Just keep taking small steps toward what you want to create!

2. When you’re going back down the mountain with a rope, it’s actually easier if you lean back into space more down the mountain (like falling!), because you can push your weight against the mountain with your feet and the mountain supports you. If you cling close to the surface you end up doing all the work, without giving the mountain any chance to support you. Lean into the challenges and life will support you!

3. Our personal and spiritual evolution follows the laws of nature. Just as a frog crouches down before he can jump up, we too sometimes feel like we’re going backwards before we complete another leap of growth. Be gentle with yourself and observe your patterns as you expand.

4. Love your enemies and they will transform. Love your own inner negativities and they too will transform.

5. Everything tastes better when you share it first with someone else.
